• Yeah it's pretty easy once it gets set up (a lot of apps like Netflix are preloaded). I know with my elderly mom, the issue is always keeping track of her passwords, so if you are able to set that up for her and get all the passwords entered into the apps and saved, it's pretty simple as she just has to hit the button on the screen and she can then get into the app. There was a slight learning curve for my mom when it came to closing apps, but once she figured it out she now is able to use this for reading, playing Sudoku and watching netflix.
