• A:Answer Hello Susan, The Fire Max 11 Tablet has some upgraded specifications from the Fire 10. The New Fire 11 has a 10% Brighter Screen as well as an upgraded more durable body than the Fire 10. The Fire 11 also has 4GB of RAM which will allow for more fluid movement on the home screen as well as better multi tasking. The New Fire 11 has an upgraded rear facing camera which is 8 Mega Pixels where the Fire 10 was 5 which will allow for much sharper pictures. We also recently came out with the new version of the fire 10 Tablet. The new generation has 3 GB of RAM (50% more than previous generation), a 10% brighter screen with more than 2 million pixels, a 5 MP rear camera, and expandable storage to 1 TB. The new tablet is 10% thinner and lighter than the previous generation, too! Another benefit is that the screen has been strengthened with aluminosilicate glass! Q: QuestionWhen I went to swap out the 64 GB card for a 128 GB card, I could not get the card slot to open. On my old Fire I had to go into settings, storage and select 'safely remove SD card'. My new Fire does not have. How can I change out SD card?

• A:Answer Hi Duke! There shouldn't be anything you have to do on the tablet to enable the physical removal of the Micro SD Card, but I know that the holder on mine is SUPER tight. There is a Sim Card eject tool included in the box for the Fire Max 11, but you should also be able to use a paper clip to get the Micro SD Card holder ejected. iFixit has a great guide on making the swap, it came up for me looking online for "fire 11 max remove sd card" if you're looking for a visual guide to help out. The Fire Max 11 supports up to 1TB Micro SD Cards so you've got plenty of room for more space in the future too. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!

Q: QuestionHi I want to buy a tablet for the sole purpose of making TikTok videos. Can I make TikTok videos on this and edit the videos on this? Can video editing apps go on this tablet?

• A:Answer You can definitely make Tik Toks on this tablet, as Tik Tok is supported on the Amazon App Store. The camera quality won't be as good as most cell phones though. As far as editing the videos, I'm not sure how many apps are available, but my past experience with the Amazon Store would be that there aren't many, or any of high quality. You can access the normal Google Play store thru these tablets, but it requires side loading (sort of like jailbreaking) to make it compatible to accept applications outside of Amazon's UI. You would probably be better off with a cheaper Samsung Galaxy Tab (A7 Lite, A8) or a Lenovo (M9, M10) that runs Android OS for your purposes.

Q: QuestionWill adapter to charge & use wired earbuds work with this? I got a Belkin 3.5mm Audio & USB-C Charge Adaptor, but the FM11 will not allow both at same time. If I unplug charge, audio works, if I unplug audio, charge works. The Belkin works on my phone.

• A:Answer Unfortunately, you cannot charge and listen to music at the same time since this is not an Amazon adapter. Any third party adapter might not work due to it using different technology from the Amazon Fire Tablet software it was built on. Hope this helps, have a good day!

• A:Answer I bought one at the same time I got my tablet for about $89. I have the cover that also has a keypad. I’m really enjoying traveling light. With the keypad, I can easily write anywhere. I love that Microsoft Office can be used with the tablet, but the keypad cover makes it so convenient. The cover I have is a stylish gray denim fabric with the Amazon logo. It is two pieces that attach magnetically and has 3 screen position settings. I Love it!
