• I've never heard of Frontier internet but as long as it's high speed and you have a router connected for Wi-Fi you should be golden because the firestick will work with any Wi-Fi

• It would need a faster connection than DSL. You will have a lot of lag with anything less than cable internet. It will work but you will get frustrated with the lag.
