Hello, Bobby! The Fire TV Stick will only work when plugged into an HDMI input. Most DVD players only have an HDMI output port in them, as they are meant to connect to the TV and play to the TV. Please try again later.You did not read my question thoroughly, I am buying a portable DVD player that is it's like those that you put in your car where it plays DVD's OK the other the statement I made was on the advertisement it says that a fire stick can be hooked up to it other words it does have the HDMI port, my question is what other attachments do I need or may need or could need or use with that fire stick to this portable DVD player thank you
