I only have one HDMI port also. I tried to use a splitter for the fire stick and my blue ray. It didn't work for me.

Problems with sound and picture going in and out but that could just be the splitter myself I use a 7 port hdmi switch with remote that works perfectly and aren't that expensive not sure if Best Buy sells them in store but I'm sore online
