“Do any of these Fire Sticks have an ethernet port for a hard-wire connection? It's so disappointing to try to cut the cable cord when the system keeps lagging with wi-fi. Are there ANY devices that can use an Internet hard-wire and work like FireStick?”

Get the Ethernet adapter. It really improves the internet speed and enhances the experience.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is. Look it up under ethernet adapter for fire stick. It costs about $15 and it is well worth it. I have all my fire sticks connected to one of these. Not only does it help for better streaming but it also frees up your wi-fi for other things

I'm trying to cut the cable TV cord but these annoying picture freezes and buffering make it hard to do. BTW, my TV is not a Smart TV; just a plasma TV from 2008, which works fine. So confusing.

I haven’t had a problem with my fire stick buffering with my amazon prime or Netflix. I have had issues with it buffering with direct tv now but from what I understand it’s an issue with direct tv now. I just switched from PlayStation vue and I didn’t have issues with buffering on them.
