Get the Ethernet adapter. It really improves the internet speed and enhances the experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO, no ethernet port on these fire sticks
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is. Look it up under ethernet adapter for fire stick. It costs about $15 and it is well worth it. I have all my fire sticks connected to one of these. Not only does it help for better streaming but it also frees up your wi-fi for other things
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a dongle you can get to do a direct connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mack, when you say hard wired to cable, do you mean CABLE TV (RCA cable) or Ethernet cable (cat 5 cable)? I'm trying to cut the cable TV cord but these annoying picture freezes and buffering make it hard to do. BTW, my TV is not a Smart TV; just a plasma TV from 2008, which works fine. So confusing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My fire stick goes right into my tv and my tv is hard wired to cable. I haven’t had a problem with my fire stick buffering with my amazon prime or Netflix. I have had issues with it buffering with direct tv now but from what I understand it’s an issue with direct tv now. I just switched from PlayStation vue and I didn’t have issues with buffering on them.
