• Hello and thank you for reaching out! I am not seeing that listed on Best Buy's website at the moment, however special offers can be removed from any Kindle. To remove lockscreen ads (also known as "Special Offers") from your Kindle, you can make a one-time payment through your Amazon account's "Manage Your Content and Devices" section, permanently removing ads from your device's lock screen and home screen.
