A:AnswerI had to use a desktop computer and enable popups. This allowed the Amazon screen to popup, login and activate. I was unable to active via a mobile device (iPad, iPhone)

1. Open and log into your chrome on one of the tabs
2. Open another tab on the same windows and go to your Best Buy account where you purchased or got the Amazon music and click on the link
3. Make sure they are the same email address

A:AnswerI used the Amazon music free deal on my Alexa when I got Alexa and the camera altogether then I got free Amazon music that’s how I used it. If you have Alexa at your house, try to connect your Alexa onto your Amazon music through your Alexa app on your phone, it will work that way
