Yes. When you set up your Smart Plug you had to give it a name. For instance, say the name was Living Room Light. To turn it on say "Alexa, turn on Living Room Light." That should do it. If you have multiple lights on smart plugs I believe that you will have to do them separately.

I have schedule times for my lamps to turn on and off, but if I need them on because of a dark day or I want them off earlier than scheduled, I use the voice commands. I can say, "Turn off the office lamp" and just that one turns off. If I say, "Alexa, good night." all my lamps in the house turn off. It's fun coming up with cool routines like that.
