Depends. If you only game most of the time, the 7800X3D is hands down the best gaming CPU out there. If you work on productivity (like video rendering, photoshop etc) then the 7950x would be better. If you do both, I would recommend the 7950X3D (forget about the 7900X3D, that one is even slower on games than the 7800x3d due only having 6 cores with the extra 3D cache).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Ryzen 7 7800x3D is the much better option in terms of price to performance. But if you are doing software editing and editing the extra cores in the Ryzen 9 7950x might be worth it. But in terms of gaming the Ryzen 7800x3D is the best choice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 7950 has 8 more cpu cores so its your preference
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are looking for just gaming performance with mild core consuming applications I’d recommend the 7800x3d. but if you use it for gaming and working with apps that are core heavy I’d go with the 7950x3d. Both are great for gaming so there’s no wrong choice and there are a lot of benchmarks online to help you with your decision. Hope this helps.
