- Answer Sorry to say that we have not tested the compatibility between the Steam Deck and this power bank, therefore we cannot make certain if they can work together. But we are able to confirm the charging port for the power bank is PD/PIQ 3.0.

- Answer Please try the below steps: - Plug both ends of the USB-A to USB-C cable into the input and output port of the battery at the same time for 3-5 seconds. - If another known working cable helps - If the PowerCore works properly with other phones/devices or not

- Answer This battery pack is amazing. Holds battery for a long time. My daughter uses for her windows lap top. I think you need to buy the adapter or the wire that connects usb-a to usb-c or vice-versa. I hope that answer your questions.
