QuestionI just bought one of these, so excited to give it a try, The charger is fully charged. When I went to use it on my lop, nothing happened. The laptop battery died. Why am I not getting any charge? I've tried different c ports and nothing works.

QuestionI have a samsung 45watt wall charger that charges any device but it not my powercore elite 3 output: (PDO) 5V=3A or 9V=3A, or 15V=3A or 20V=2.25A (PPS) 3.3-20V = 2.25A i tried a different 33watt charger and it works, whats wrong with my adapter?

- Answer The first initial charge take a while. I just let it charge all night. By the next morning it was full. All the dots need to be illuminated before it’s fully changed.

The LED power meter will stay on when charging a device, displaying the battery’s remaining power and will turn off light steadily depending on device's model when the device is fully charged and not drawing a current. The last LED light will flash when the remaing power is lower than 10% and will turn off when it's lower than 5%.
