• This is a 20,000 mAh Li-ion battery. As for the heater vest, this has more to do with how the heater vest charges, and how much power is required to charge it.

• I don't know if it will work with a heater vest. I image it will work with it if it has a usb, micro usb, or a usb-c port

• I have seen other battery charger/banks that swear they have 15,000 or 20,000. I think those are crap. This is TRUE 20,000. I got loads of charging of multiple devices. This is one of the best I've seen
