• Yes. Works with all apple watches (you must provide your own magnetic charging cord for the watch portion), and any phone that works with Qi wireless charging (IPhone 12 Pro Max falls into this category)

• Yes, it should charge your phone, BUT it will only charge your watch if you have a separate cable to charge it with. The advertising is misleading, this item does NOT charge a watch. It has a holder to insert a watch charger in.
