• As long as you have a radio, you're good to go. This thing transmits to your radio. The auxiliary jack is optional. If you find that you want that feature, if you have a tape deck they make adapters that go from 3.5mm jack to tape.

• Yes... Just plug into your cigarette lighter. Plug and play. Very easy to use.

• Yes, you can plug this into a cigarette lighter (inside the car).

• Yes it can just be plugged into your lighter, you don’t need an aux cord

• Yes you can plug directly to lighter. Then tune to an unused radio station and the audio will transmit to that radio station.
