• Yes you can. Open the battery compartment and carefully remove the battery, take the battery to Batteries+, your local battery store or search Google for the number on the top of the battery. Batteries+ is all around the best option as you will walk out with a new battery and they will recycle your old battery

• Thank you for your inquiry. Yes the BN900M has an user replaceable battery. The part number for the replacement battery is RBC17.
