A typical home router consumes about 20W of power. The 1,000VA rating of this unit is stated as 600Watts. a simple division of 20 into 600 would result in 30 hours of battery backup. I would derate this to about 25 hours as the batteries will age and overtime will not provide the original running time on battery. Check you router power consumption by multiplying the DC voltage by the current value on the value (i.e.: 12Vx 1.5A=18W).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should be roughly 15 to 20 minutes. If power goes out, the internet generally goes out too unless you UPS the ONT box as well, and even then.... best thing to use a ups for is your pc or server for soft shutdowns and power conditioning.
