Q: QuestionThis says it’s available but there is apparently no pick up location in the Mesa az area. wouldn’t it say sold out then? Second regards an open box of same item. I add to the cart, says available to ship but when I go chEck our says not able to ship?

• A:Answer "Open-Box" basically means that someone has opened the box, but not necessarily used the device. The device may have just been used as a floor model in a Best-Buy location. It may also mean someone already purchased the iPad and returned it. Typically, "open-box" devices will not be used (more so they will just have been looked at).
