• A:Answer Yes you can work offline with the WiFi only iPad. As long as the app you’re using doesn’t require internet access to use. Most apps don’t require you to connect to WiFi unless you’re trying to save to the cloud or update information etc. you won’t get updated emails etc. until you connect to WiFi.
