Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Within 14 days of purchase: Unopened and in original packaging: You're golden! Return it to any Best Buy store for a full refund, no questions asked. Opened and used: No worries, returns are still accepted, but you might see a restocking fee deducted from your refund. The fee amount depends on the specific iPad model and its condition. Best bet is to check with a Best Buy associate for an estimate. 15-30 days of purchase: Unopened and in original packaging: You're still in the clear! Bring it back for a full refund. Opened and used: Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, so things get a little less straightforward. It depends on the reason for return, its condition, and whether it was activated on a cellular plan. You'll need to visit a Best Buy store and let the friendly associates know what's going on. They'll assess the situation and let you know your options, which might include a full refund, partial refund, exchange, or store credit. Important things to remember: Always bring your original receipt or proof of purchase with you when returning. Make sure the iPad is in good condition, free from scratches, cracks, or water damage. If you activated a cellular plan on the iPad, there might be additional fees or early termination charges associated with returning it.
