• No. This iPad Air charges with the included USB-C charge cable and 20W USB-C Power adapter. Yes, this iPad Air uses Touch ID integrated into the top button.

• No wireless charging but the lock button on the top of the device does have a Touch ID fingerprint scanner

• I don't think it has wireless charging. But yes, it does have a fingerprint reader which is integrated in the lock button.
