Yes as long as it’s iPadOS 15.4.1 or later.

Absolutely, that's the main reason I bought this device. Procreate works well, and the large amount of storage space and memory allows for big files with lots of layers. Migrating Procreate data and files from another iPad is fast and thorough; it even preserved my brush settings. The only thing that didn't appear to migrate from my old iPad to this one was any fonts I had added. Works best with Apple Pencil, but note this device is compatible with only the second generation Apple Pencil.
