• "Open-Box" means the previous user opened it and then returned the product. Fair Condition means just that not perfect. Certified means in good working order.

• Read the description list which informs you of the differences, I just bought an in warranty Ipad Pro 11 for over $200 off because it was missing the charger and cord, the Ipad is like new, listed as fair due to the mission charger and cord.
