An Open box iPad Pro 12.9 256gb is what I bought. I saved $350 by buying an open box model. Im assuming that it must have been purchased before Christmas and returned right after Christmas (maybe it was a gift). The iPad came in a pristine original box with all the original accessories and paperwork. The iPad was flawless. It still had Apple’s one year warranty, but I also bought Apple Care plus. Buying open box is a great value! (I also bought my Apple Pencil open box and saved $29!)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can be or could be someone opened it and decided they didn’t want. Refurbished would definitely mean used but sent to Apple to upgrade and resell. Definitely ask an associate that knows. Ask the Geek Squad desk they are apt to give the best answer for a Best Buy purchase. Don’t buy anything if your not sure ask the questions get good answers. Most likely the guy before you didn’t ask and ended up with something that cost earned money for something he didn’t want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open box could be a floor model or a returned item. Most often a return.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a really a question for Best Buy. However, I have purchased an Open Box item in the past and was told it was most likely returned because the original purchaser may have changed their mind and simply returned it. That item, a MacBook Air had a full warranty just like a new one. I was also told that if it had a problem, it would have been refurbished, and it would have been listed as such.
