• Hey, Yes, you absolutely can. However, if you are wanting to send an iTunes gift card to someone else a gift it is actually easier to do so directly through Apple -- either through your Apple iPhone or on www.apple.com. Like I said, though, yes, you would have no issue sharing the code you received after purchase for their use so long as you don't try and use it too.

• Yes. You can. Make sure they change the settings in the iPad to change the region to be USA. That needs that they user doesn't have any remaining balance in his or her apple ID in another currency.
