Here are the actual dimensions of my computer: WIDTH: 20 7/8 inches; HEIGHT: 17 7/8 inches (from desktop to top of computer); DEPTH: 5 1/4 inches (from front of screen to back of stand).

As stated, I measured from the front of the screen to the back of the stand. However, the base of the stand does protrude slightly in front of the screen. Therefore, the more accurate answer is: DEPTH: 6 7/8 inches (from front of stand to back of stand).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 21.5” dimension is just the screen. (Basically the black area minus the silver painted area along the bottom of the monitor) That does not include the stand. It’s a nice, basic size. I went from a 23” to this size and I’m happy with it.
