• BB will do it but for a fee. I called Apple and they told me how to do it. They will walk you through it and for free. You have 90 days of AppleCare. I purchased it for 3 years for $169. Hope this helps.

• Yes. When u buy your new IMac bring in your old one drop them off at geek squad and they will do the transfer.
