• A:Answer No, Apple has not had build in CD/DVD drive for 6-8 years. You can buy or external CD for a low price and it works great, that's what i have done with my 2-13 MBP Laptop.

It doesn't have a Model number unless you mean macOS Big Sur, but it does have a serial number which I will gladly include if you need it. The answer to the above question is NO. My other iMac was 12 years old and I loved that computer, so I decided to upgrade to another iMac. I've have nothing but trouble with this new iMac since II purchased it approximately 3 weeds ago. I have not been able to get into the application because I forgot my password and I have called APPLECARE several times to get help but NO ONE has been able to help me with this problem. Im going to wait a few more days and if I can/t get anyone to help me with this problem, then I will have no alternative but to return this iMac and get a different computer, and it won't be another iMac because if I've had this much trouble with this computer another one will have the same problems.
