You would purchase a Bluetooth adapter
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They will not connect because the airlines specifically use wired headphones to listen to airline television. However if they were to have bluetooth connectivity then it may be possible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No you can’t as the plug ins on most planes require an international plug of dual plug. Not sure if they Bluetooth available yet for planes.

The wired apple headphones are very similar in quality, you just won’t get the noise cancellation, however if you go this route you will have to purchase the adapter that allows the lightning port to connect through the headphone jack on the airplane. Honestly, i would prefer that instead. I took a couple flights with my AirPods Pro in my ears and it doesn’t feel great when the plane begins to descend and the ears begin to pop. I think it has something to do with the rubber bud seal on the AirPods that causes discomfort. Whenever the plane starts to descent, I can’t tolerate the pain in my ears. The regular headphones don’t have the rubber parts, so you should be fine. That was my experience.
