• Refurbished AirPods pro are eligible for Best Buy's 15 day return policy. This is extended to 60 days for Best Buy TotalTech members. However, refurbished AirPods Pro (2nd generation) are not yet available seeing as they are so new.

• The fact that they are purchased from Best Buy does not factor into the equation. Apple will honor their 1 year Limited Warranty, and offer their extended 2 year AppleCare+ warranty on refurbished devices.
