How can I charge this AirTag? null

They are not rechargeable. The battery should last about a year, at which time it will need to be replaced. Contact Apple or check out the User’s Guide to make sure you are purchasing the correct replacement battery, and to also make sure you are installing it correctly.

It's battery operated, but the battery lasts a verrrrrrrrrrry long time.

You can not recharge but can change out the battery

They actually don’t charge, instead they have a “watch” battery inside that can be replaced by yourself by screwing off the back side.
