• LL/A is an item that is destined for general North American markets (USA & Canada), as well as for replacement units for Apple stores. AM/A are units specifically designed for the United States only that are assembled in Vietnam. Ultimately there is no difference in them when sold in stores, but for regulatory reasons, they have to be marked separately and sold separately. But this isn't an "AirTag 1" vs "AirTag 2" situation, both are the same, just possibly manufactured in different places.
