• There are wallets with the AirTag slot built in. Look for one of those

• I use it in a credit card holder and it’s a bit bulky but I believe it should fit just fine in a regular size wallet

• It is small but is not thin. I would say perhaps 1/3” thick. I have it in a handbag, but it’s kind of thick for a wallet. I’m not sure how durable they are but they do have a replaceable battery compartment so they are not solid.
