  • QuestionI don't want this. I have enough music on Amazon Prime. How do I get rid of this?

    Asked by rlgm.

    • Answer Hi rigm, I totally get that you might not want to add another music app to your mix. If you’ve already activated the offer, you should be able to cancel it through your Apple Music account settings. If you haven't redeemed it yet, just let it sit and chill out in your Best Buy account – no action needed, it won't auto-redeem or anything. I hope this helps and your issues gets solved!

  • QuestionWhat happens if I cancel my Apple Music subscription after 3 months?

    Asked by Mncat.

    • Answer Hi fellow costumer, If you cancel your Apple Music subscription after 3 months, you should still be good for the remainder of your 4-month free period. Just remember, if you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be billed when the trial is up, but you also lose access to your tunes right away. So, mark your calendar if you want to squeeze every last note out of the deal! I hope this helps and you don't get overcharged!

Think of them as your fast pass to discounts, exclusive sales, and special offers like this Apple Music deal. I hope this helps and you get the membership that's right for your needs!

  • QuestionWill this work on my smart tv?

    Asked by Denny.

    • Answer Hi Denny, Absolutely, if your smart TV has the Apple Music app or can get it from its app store, you're in business. You'd redeem the offer the same way as on a phone, then log into the Apple Music app on your TV, and your living room's about to turn into your personal concert hall. I hope this helps and you can enjoy it on your TV.
