You should have received a Best Buy email.
They may have to resend it now. Call the store or the Best Buy Customer Service line. Then you will have enter the code on the Apple site.

A:AnswerIf you have an apple device that you’re using it on, you can go to your settings where you view iCloud and go to your subscriptions. From there you can tap on Apple Tv and end your free trial. Hope this helps!
