A:AnswerHonestly I got mine, and they still had the plastic on them. So I’m assuming in most cases they are returned or opened product so they have to mark them down. There could be several reasons but considering mine came in the og box and where wrapped still with no visible signs of them even being opened I’m gonna say it’s safe to assume they where purchased and either never picked up, or returned.
A:AnswerMight not be true for mine. The phone shows battery charge icon for case and buds. Buds do not charge to full even after a day. Case however, does show full charge after a few hours.
A:AnswerDepends if they have them in stock. They should definitely have the new ones available but that may not be the case with refurbished or at least not the same quantity as new ones.
