I called bestbuy support. They connected me with a certain department who deals with email codes. Make sure they stay on the phone with you until you get the email.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently purchased the latest Apple Watch from Best Buy. Best Buy doesn’t even know how to correctly describe how to redeem this offer. I had to contact Best Buy 3 times just for someone to explain this. Look out for an EMAIL FROM APPLE and not Best Buy. It will be the email associated with the Apple ID that you set up your watch with. The EMAIL FROM APPLE will have you activate Apple Fitness + for 3 months. Then at some point before the 3 months is up, you should get another EMAIL FROM APPLE giving you another 3 months free. If that doesn’t happen CALL APPLE and they will figure it out for you.... When I was on the phone with Best Buy for the THIRD time the customer service agent told me it should be pretty “obvious” that the email would come from Apple when the other times I spoke with them they say to look out for an email from Best Buy. I’m pretty the order details in the account says “we’ve sent you an email” but no ladies and gents, APPLE SENDS THE EMAIL. Hope this helps. Best Buy, get your info together and stop wasting people’s time.
