• A:Answer I had an ipad 3 with cloud storage. My pics came over when I set up icloud on the new ipad. The ipad has the typical photo app but I use a free photo editor, poster and collage apps all which can be upgraded for an additional cost. For heavy editing I use Adobe Photoshop on my laptop.
