Go with the 256 GB, other wise you will be placing lots of info on the cloud. You will gain storage space, and would not have to delete games to be able to download new ones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same decision. I upgraded to 256. My last iPad lasted 5 years. If the new one does as well, who knows what new things will be invented that might need that extra space. For the difference in price, it makes sense to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Get more memory because of iOS updates. The iPad will last longer and not slowdown as time goes along.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your current iPad is 64gb (or less) and you haven’t been constrained by storage, then yes. 64gb would work for you. If so, the two things you gain are future-proofing (apps tend to get larger over time, as does your storage needs) and resale value.
