No boost is now owned by dish network actually. You would have to buy an unlocked device or buy from boost. I believe buying straight from apple they are unlocked and can be used anywhere. Good luck I hope boost works better in your area then it does mine! Limited service for quite awhile and now their “expanded network” has no service at all :-)
