- Answer this question also confused me. online support from best buy said the device can be unlocked after two years; staff from bestbuy store said it's 19 days, then you need to send a request to t-mobile, but whether they agree to do that remains unknown; the information from T-mobile (link from above) said it's one year. very confused!!!

- Answer Yes, This is a T-Mobile network phone. It may be Un-locked after few months of service i believe. + You get the $100 off only when you activate it on the TMO network.

- Answer No we do not. We do sell unlocked iPhones but only older/pre-owned devices. If you would like an unlocked iPhone 13 you will have to purchase it directly from Apple. I have listed a few examples of unlocked iPhones that we do sell down below. Thanks and have a great day!
