- Answer To unlock it permanently you will need to have it paid off and have the line active for a minimum of 40 days. Also You can request a temporary unlock for only 3 months ( for using the phone out of country purposes)

- Answer If you bought the phone with a promotion, and paid off your portion then They won’t unlock it until you payoff the promotion balance. If you got the phone with no promotion and you paid it off then you need to call 611 and request to unlock it they should honor your request immediately.

- Answer Yes, I upgraded 3 of our iphones to 13. Bestbuy Rep transferred data (~128GB) in about 30 mins from old to new phone. Then we made sure all data transferred and they factory reset our old phones.
