Q: QuestionSo how should I get the phone unlocked if I need to use oversea INTERNATIONALLY even I paid off the phone? can someone at BEST BUY EXPERT answer this question?

• A:Answer I’m not a BBuy expert but my experience was use my phone for a few days on the carrier’s network (Tmo) and then contacted Tmo customer service to request phone unlock. Tmo obliged. Just be prepared to tell carrier reason for your unlock request is international travel. And also get your order confirmation (proof of purchase) ready, just in case
