No. Best Buy can activate it for you. They are very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did need to go to the Verizon store, because I was unable to activate my eSIM, and making the transfer had inactivated my old phone. I was transferring from a 13 to a 15. If you have another phone available as a backup, you should be able to complete the setup without assistance, even if you have the same issues I did.
