The only way you can get an unlocked iPhone 15, is by purchasing it directly thru Apple. Otherwise, you’ll have to buy it thru a carrier.

Even if you paid in full at time of purchase, you would have to tie it to one of those two accounts for 2-6 months depending on the carrier and account remain in good standing before the carrier would unlock your phone to ALL CARRIERS.
