That is a terrible business plan for best buy to not sell phones to all carries.

Please try again later.You would need an unlocked iPhone to connect with T-Mobile since Best Buy doesn’t support T-Mobile activations anymore and unfortunately, only Apple sells unlocked iPhones. So you can either 1, Switch carriers and get a, in my opinion, better trade in deal activating with BestBuy. 2, activate a T-Mobile-only device from T-Mobile or 3, buy unlocked directly from Apple.
