• A:Answer Greetings Sam, The 6S Plus cost would vary based on how long you want to keep the phone for before upgrading to a newer one; The shorter the time, the higher the monthly price. For AT&T, there's Next 12 (20 Payments, Eligible for Upgrade after 12) for $37.50; Next 18 (24 Payments, Eligible for Upgrade after 18) for $31.25; and Next 24 (30 Payments, Eligible for Upgrade after 24) for $25. Note these rates are for the hardware only and do not include service. For Sprint, they roll the device and plan (iPhone Forever with Unlimited Data) together which for that size of device would run around $85/month, but anytime you don’t have the latest iPhone, you are eligible to upgrade. You would bring in your iPhone and upgrade on the spot and away you go. Welcome and hope this helps!

• A:Answer A two year contract means you must keep the service for 2 years. At any point you are able to switch phones and even switch up options on the plan. If you should want to cancel the plan early you will face a penalty, you will find the details of the penalty in the small print of the contract. But most sales associate (at least the ones at Best Buy) know the details in and out and will gladly explain all the rules and details to you.

• A:Answer Upgrading at a Best Buy store is exactly the same as upgrading at the phone store except it's actually better! I have had horrible customer service at our sprint stores & avoided upgrading for a long time because I didn't want to go back to the Sprint store. When I found out I could do the same thing at Best Buy, I was very excited. It was so much easier & often times Best Buy offers their own promotions that you can't get at the sprint store & are an even better deal! Sign up for their reward program & watch for emails about promotions they are running. I'll never go anywhere else to upgrade except for Best Buy!
