A:AnswerThe one I bought had a Verizon sticker on the box that said Verizon had subsidized the phone and the customer had to spend $150 before it could be changed to a post pay account. I took the phone to a Verizon corporate store and was told the same thing. Then I called Verizon direct to see if they would transfer to my post pay and they wouldn't. I returned the phone to Best Buy.
A:AnswerYes you can use this phone with an existing Verizon prepaid account . As long your current phone uses a micro SIM card to swap over to the new phone
A:AnswerYou pay for your phone at total cost and also every month. Your minutes wont just roll over into the next because what you get is what you buy and your phone will be shut off if you don’t pay the bill
A:Answeryou’ll have to have the device for 1 year on verizon prepaid in order for it to be unlocked to use on other carriers even if they use the same kind of towers
A:Answerit will not work on Xfinity’s until after a year of the phone being on the verizon prepaid network since it’s locked to Verizon Prepaid but if you’ve had the device for 12 consecutive months on the verizon prepaid service i guess with the same number then you can see about requesting the phone to be unlocked by Verizon Prepaid and then try and check if your phone can be used on Xfinity
A:Answerif you do it on the verizon websitethere is no activation fee just taxes for the plan but make sure if you order it online through best buy app or website do it for in store pick up because the phone will have to be rescanned by a register for the phone to be considered a valid sale in order for verizon to activate it because the system will not let your phone be activated (if you’re planning on purchasing this phone during COVID)
A:AnswerIt does. I was already on verizon prepaid so i took the already activated simcard that i had and replaced the one it came with it and it recognized it and i was ready to go.
