A:Answer Every time I need to resolve a problem or have a question about my account, I ALWAYS call their 800 phone number and speak directly to a representative. That is the only way you can get a direct answer and they can guide you through whatever is your problem while you are on the phone with them. Verizon's online account is great for checking balances, etc., but NEVER order something that way. ALWAYS call and speak to a human. Many times they have promotional deals that are not on the online page, so you can sometimes get a sweet deal that way since they have authority to tell you and grant you those promotions.
