Can I trade in my IPhone 7 Plus on this purchase? null

You can trade it in, but what you get for it is almost nothing. You are better off selling it to a friend for a few hundred because that's what refurbished ones run. Best Buy just offered me $100 for a nearly flawless one, which I chose to turn down.

As long as you have the option to trade in your old phone through your carrier you should be able to upgrade to the new phone by trading in the old one. I should warn you though, they won’t give you top dollar for your trade so what I did was pay my phone off and sell to a private buyer and got $275 more than what I was offered for it at Best Buy.

Yes, I was able to trade in my 7S because their was no damage (no cracks in the screen).
